We offer general contracting and a variety of residential construction trades to both home owners and other builders/contractors.

Most of our projects are in the PDX metro area, and Central Oregon.

I have experience with everything from large sub divisions, infill building (single lots), and rural builds on large (or small) lots to additions and remodeling. With hundreds of successfully completed projects over the years.

Designer Bio: Casey Lorenzana

I started in construction when I was very young helping my Dad who was a framing contractor in Texas and Colorado. As soon as I turned 18 I started framing houses and I was hooked! I love it! There is nothing better than framing and building beautiful custom homes! I really enjoyed framing homes with hand cut roofs, building the stairs etc. But I also enjoyed the production work as well.

At 21 I was a lead framer for a company based out of Beaverton Oregon. I decided to go out on my own and got licensed as a general contractor. Most of my jobs for the first 10 years of being a GC consisted of framing custom homes and additions, and doing various tradework.  Due to the recession (and lack of new homes), I also learned to install siding, roofing, even did some small roofing jobs at the coast, right on the beach and to this day everything held up perfect! I have done a fair amount of concrete work as well including: foundations, flat work, mason repair, and ICF construction. I've even built a few homes made entirely of concrete exterior walls using ICF's or "Insulated-Concrete-Forms". This is an amazing way to build homes by the way.

I was also developing my CAD skills during this time. Learning CAD/BIM software, residential codes, and getting familiar with the submittal process and codes for residential housing in the Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton and other surrounding areas.

In 2012, with roughly 12 years of experience as a professional tradesmen under my belt at the time, I decided to partner with another company to build houses in the Portland Metro Area. I would facilitate permits, design the homes, was in charge of operations management and did consulting etc.

I am currently accepting new projects as the G.C. or subcontractor depending on the situation.  

My passion in life is designing, framing, remodeling and building beautiful homes! I love both jobs so much and they honestly compliment each other very well.  Its an incredible amount of pride and feeling of accomplishment to design or frame/build a home. Seeing what you created after you've completed your job. Knowing many families will be living in something you and your team designed or built is the best part.
